The building is beautifully renovated, tastefully decorated and has a warm feel to it.

The location and layout of the house were exeptional. You could tell there was a lot of effort put into the interior design. The kitchen and sitting room were incredible, and the balcony was breathtaking.

Absolutely everything we could have wished for at the house too, from coffee and tea to sauces, toys and all the cooking equipment you could need. Beds were incredibly comfortable!! Like a home from home.. just much more special!

The land and cabin are perfect for tranquility, connecting to yourself and nature. While also being close to Rye and Hastings for something more lively.

This holiday home has a private pool , a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. It was very quiet, close to nature and family atmosphere. Close to the beach.

Guests can relax in the wellness area, including an indoor pool, a fitness centre and a hot tub, or in the garden equipped with BBQ facilities. A sun terrace is available on site and hiking can be enjoyed within close proximity of the holiday home. Everything was fine, this was our third stay here (we have previously stayed in Badgers Den) but the first in Swallows Nest, always a nice welcome pack and the lights and heating on to make a very enjoyable welcome. The indoor pool and the hot tub certainly make this place second to none. The walks are nice and the 'coastguard tearooms' is always a nice place to stop for refreshments!

The nearest airport is London Gatwick Airport, 95 km from the holiday home. Mouse house made our stay a extremely comfortable. It is the best holiday home we have ever been too. We will surely return in summer because we loved the house and everything was fully equipped.

Beautiful old-fashioned hotel with a lovely Victorian / Georgian feel about it . Fantastic value being located right on the front of the best town in the UK - and possibly the World . Staff were great , helpful and cheerful . Everything else was perfect , very clean and good covid precautions in place , can't wait to come again .

Very clean and spacious 1 bedroom apartment that was ideally located for the Hastings high Street, Old Town and promenade. It was also located well for walking to St.Leonards which has some great venues to visit. Rick (the owner) was friendly and helpful. Also, very comfortable bed!

We stayed for a weekend and found the apartment very clean, warm, comfortable, good communication from the host and we hadn't realised we had two double bedrooms - so it was very spacious for two! The bed was very comfortable and there were nice touches such as tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits set up in the kitchen, which was also well equipped.

The location was great. Our holiday home was very clean upon arrival and provided clean towels which I wasn't expecting. The home itself was secluded with an outer fence/hedgerow and had another fence around the raised decking immediately outside the holiday home; providing extra safety for guests with younger children.
